This kit contains a fabric panel ready printed with my colourful gouache painting. It also has a pure wool thread set, which brings the design to life stitch by stitch as the pure wool threads are applied over the printed design.
You can embroider and embellish as much or as little as you like with this design, the printed fabric does a lot of the work here. You could follow the stitch guide with the recommended thread colours and stitches, or go creatively off piste with your own stitch and colour choices.
The kit has a vintage Swedish appeal to the design, inspired by my trip to Sweden this year. The smoky blue background with the faded peaches and variegated peach wool lend a Swedish vibe to this design.
All of the materials are included within the pack to make this project, including a copy of the embroidery pattern and transfer method, so it would be great to use your existing stash of fabric for a second version!

The panels can be displayed as art in a frame, or made into items such as a cushion, bag, book cover, or a decorative device cover. There are lots of uses for these colourful panels.
This kit is not suitable for children as it contains a sharp embroidery needle and small parts.
