Payments and Shipping Policy

  • 1.Delivery of download items:

    Supply of download products: Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.

    Download products are sent to you as data via E-mail within 72 hours after concluding the contract (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

    The customers can download the Download items via a link shared through email. This email is sent with the access data for the Download within 72 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

  • 2. Physical goods delivery periods

    Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made:

    within 2 - 3 working days for Mainland UK

    2-5 working day for Non-Mainland Uk

    5 - 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction) for deliveries abroad

    Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

    If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

  • 2. Return Policy

    I always want you to be delighted with your order but in the case that you are not happy with your goods then you can return them as below.

    You have 28 days from receipt of cancellable goods to notify Little House of Victoria that you wish to cancel or exchange the item.  Please email me at and a return address will be supplied.

    Please then return the item in the original packaging for a full refund, minus the delivery costs.  You will be responsible for the return postage costs, please always use a signed for delivery service and keep a proof of posting.  The return address will be within the U.K. 

    Please note that everything is refundable apart from bespoke items, for example with The Project In A Box Embroidery Kits, the items will be refunded except for the printed fabric as this will have your design printed onto it.  Therefore please feel free to return the box with the rest of the items and £25 will be deducted from the refund for the cost of the fabric.  I hope you understand but it wouldn’t be possible for me to reuse the fabric, especially with copyrights of images.

    If you wish to have your order refunded before it has shipped then please contact me for a full refund.

    If any goods are damaged in transit could you please take a photo and contact me for a full refund.

    All orders will be sent to you as a ‘signed for’ delivery.
