  • How long will it take my order to get to me?
    I try to post everything within 1 business day of receipt of order, but some orders will ship within 2 business days of receipt during non-peak times or seasons. Further information on shipping can be found on my Shipping and Returns page.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    I always want you to be delighted with your order but in the case that you are not happy with your goods then you can return them as below. You have 28 days from receipt of cancellable goods to notify Little House of Victoria that you wish to cancel or exchange the item. Please email me at to confirm and a return address will be supplied. Please then return the item in the original packaging for a full refund, minus the delivery costs. You will be responsible for the return postage costs, please always use a signed for delivery service and keep a proof of posting. The return address will be within the U.K. Please note that everything is refundable apart from bespoke items, for example with The Project In A Box Embroidery Kits, the items will be refunded except for the printed fabric as this will have your design printed onto it. Therefore please feel free to return the box with the rest of the items and £25 will be deducted from the refund for the cost of the fabric. I hope you understand but it wouldn’t be possible for me to reuse the fabric, especially with copyrights of images. For further information on returns please see my Returns Policy page.
  • Are your products and packaging eco-friendly?
    I try to protect the environment wherever possible. The printed products are all eco-friendly, for example, organic cotton, fsc board and vegan faux suede. The printed products have all been manufactured in the UK cutting down on air miles.The packaging of the products is mainly recyclable and I try wherever possible not to use plastic. If your package arrives with plastic packaging it is because I am recycling what has previously been sent to me, not wanting it to go to landfill. I try wherever to use recyclable padding within the boxes.
  • Where's my refund?
    Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take time before your bank posts your refund and all banks vary.
  • How do I get in touch?
    Use my contact form or send me an email at: If you've already placed an order and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can also reply to your order confirmation email. I will respond as quickly as possible to help you out.
  • Do I need an account to place an order?
    No. Creating an account allows you to keep track of your orders and save your shipping information, making the checkout process faster next time you buy something from my shop.
  • I love your artwork. Do you do custom work?
    I would be delighted to accept your commission, please email me at with a brief description of your requirements and I will get a quote to you.
