Forest Flowers is a new range featuring  a pure linen panel measuring 45 x 45cm,  in dove grey and eight stranded cotton skeins in a vintage colour palette of the palest pink, olive, chestnut, and dark gold.
The dove grey linen is a luxurious fabric weight of 240gsm making it suitable for a lot of uses. The size of the panel gives a lot of scope for its intended use, it could be a cushion, a bag, or a framed piece of artwork, to name but a few.
 
This kit is suitable for beginners and advanced stitchers alike, and all of the stitches are demonstrated in the video section at the website, or are in free downloadable Stitch Lessons. 
 
Containing eight lovely pure cotton skeins from my 'Victoria's Favourites' range, these skeins have a lovely soft, vintage, feel to them, and they glide through the fabric without knotting.

Stitches used in this design:
The techniques employed within this kit are hand embroidery with appliqued felt flowers, and instructions are given for the whole process. The applique part is surprisingly easy to do as the flowers are held to the main fabric with French Knots, there is no need to glue or pin them into place.

An embroidery hoop is available for use with this kit.  I always recommend the use of an embroidery hoop, and 5" and 6" hoops are available on this website in the 'Supplies' section.
 
Not suitable for children as it includes an embroidery needle and small parts.
 
The fabric and thread are washable by cool hand wash.
