This pretty aquatic design depicts a Seahorse and his fishy friends amongst coral, shells, and starfish. This kit contains everything needed to turn your project into a generously sized needle case, or journal or sketchbook cover. All materials and instructions are included to make either of these.
The journal front cover measures a generous 23 x 23cm, and inside there are two felt pockets and room for removable pages, and if making a needle case, the inside pockets are large enough to accommodate a 5" embroidery hoop. The front and back cover have a wadding inserted so that embroidery needles can be stashed safely in each inside cover.
This kit is suitable for beginners and advanced stitchers alike. The stitches used are detailed in the stitch guide, and there are videos and free Stitch Lessons at the website for the stitches.
Containing ten full skeins of stranded Luca-S Mouline cotton, and a pure linen panel in soft white, this design is easy to stitch and full instructions are included.

This kit is not suitable for children as it includes an embroidery needle and small parts.
The fabric and threads are washable by cool hand wash. If you are concerned about fabric shrinkage, hand wash the linen before embroidering, and first run a line of stitch around all edges before washing.
Please note that the fabric has not been tested or treated for fire retardancy qualitites. This should be considered in the use of the product.
