I am so thrilled that Liberty Fabrics has come to Little House of Victoria, I have admired Liberty prints for so long!

This kit that is chock full of gorgeous contents, to easily make several hand stitched projects with the beautiful Liberty prints contained in the kit. Also included are two Sashiko fine threads by Daruma, with an Olympus Sashiko needle pack, as when I was stitching my sample, I used the Daruma threads and Olympus Sashiko needle, and they were perfect for this type of stitching.

I made a pencil case and sketchbook cover with my fabrics from the kit, and the kit can also make a glasses case or phone case, and a needle case cover. Instructions are included for all options, and with the two large linen base panels, and plenty of Liberty fabric, there are options for multiple projects in this kit. It is perfect for sharing with friends or family for group stitching sessions.

How you decide to put these fabrics and threads together they will work beautifully, but there is still a great deal of scope for putting your own creativity on these projects. The booklet explains how I made my projects, and you can follow my examples or go completely off piste and create something original.  I have added plain pure linen swatches to the fabric pack so that there are plain spacers to put between the Liberty prints, this provides a lot of options for combinations, but any combination is guaranteed to work.

I hope you enjoy this slow stitching kit, and that it enables you to slow down and really relax and enjoy your stitching. No previous skill or creative talent is required for this project. The rules are there are no rules. I encourage you to embrace the frayed edge, and welcome textural and rustic stitching, and more importantly to go with the flow.

Suitable for all levels of stitchers including beginners,  as instructions, a stitch guide, and video stitch tutorials are all included.
