Five piece fine pure wool thread pack from the iconic Parisienne brand 'Au Ver a Soie'.  I have chosen the mix of colours in this pack and have called this one 'Swedish Vibes' as it reminds me of my trip to Sweden, where pale icy blues and soft greens and grey adorn the beautiful furniture and houses there.
 
The Fine D'Aubusson wool is a joy to stitch with, it has four dividable strands, with one strand being a little finer than crewel wool, the fact that it has four strands makes it extremely versatile for all needlework.
 
Au Ver a Soie have been making silk threads in Paris since the early 1800's, so they absolutely know a thing or two about making super high quality threads!
 
8m per strand, so a full skein with four strands is a total of 32m and there are 5 skeins in the pack.  Pure wool, made in France.
