Calling all fans of vintage French fashion! This kit includes a printed photo from a French fashion magazine dating from 1911.  
 
This is number three in a series of three vintage embroidery and appliqué kits, there are two very similar kits with photos from the same year, and they are all very elegant.
 
The kit includes a large pure linen panel in a soft beige colour, which provides the perfect backdrop to appliqué the patterned fabric swatches onto.  Lace, buttons and trims are also provided in the pack.  The whole pack would make a very glamorous cushion front, which would be perfect for a lounge or bedroom chair, especially if teamed with a vintage throw. Or, it could be set within a quilt to make a gorgeous throw.
 
The fabric layout that you can see is just a suggestion, there are many fabric swatches, and it would be possible to lay them out in a way that there would be sufficient for another project.

The colours of Perle and stranded cottons may vary slightly due to availability, but will always be very fitting and beautiful.
 
This kit is not suitable for children as it contains a sharp embroidery needle and small parts.
