Hello, if you are looking for a free workshop, or maybe hoping to start embroidery, then you are in the right place!
Open Studio Weekend & Free Workshops!
On Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th August the studio holders of Woodend Mill will be throwing their doors open to welcome you again. We hold these around twice a year, and there are lots of arty studio holders waiting to greet you, and proudly show you their studios.
In my studio there will be free workshops on both days, and on Saturday's workshop it even includes a free mini kit to work on and take home if you don't manage to finish it. If you have been thinking of trying embroidery, this is a sign!
I released news of the free workshops yesterday on social media, so some tickets have already been taken, but there are plenty remaining, and the sessions run from 11.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. on both days. The numbers are limited, and it is essential to book, the links to book are below.
The Sunday session is a Bring Your Own Project, but if you don't have one, I will be able to sort you out with a mini project. Likewise, you can bring a project to the Saturday session, if you would perhaps like to work on something that you have started in a previous session. Or maybe you would like to bring any project, and welcome the like minded company and chilled vibe. It will be a free and easy weekend.
