Fabric Photo Collage

Service Description

Stitch your own memories into a collaged fabric panel. Make a special keepsake, memoire, or gift with fabric appliqué and embroidery. The panels can be displayed as wall hangings, or applied to bags and cushions. The photos can be of any subject, and can be in colour or black and white. I will crop your photo if requested, and can change to black & white or sepia tones. Included in the workshop price: - A printed photo, email to me and I will print it to use in the workshop. - Linen base panel. - Vintage and new fabric swatches for appliqué. - Cotton threads & wool threads. Plus a ball of Perle cotton of your choosing from the shop. - Embroidery Needles - Buttons and beads - Ribbon, lace, and trim. If you wish to make a bag like mine, pure wool felt panels will be available to purchase for £5 each. IMPORTANT: Scan photos at the highest resolution possible and save as a jpeg before emailing to me. Most scanners and printers have an option to scan at a higher resolution. Please ask me if you are not sure. If you are sending the photos from your phone, save and send them at the highest resolution and the largest size possible. If the file is large, use a free transfer service like We Transfer. If you have booked for someone else, please supply their email address and full name.
